UK Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Coverage
Cilia Light Ltd currently fulfills orders exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). We do not currently ship internationally outside of the UK mainland and British Isles.
2. Order Processing & Handling Time
- Handling Time: Orders are verified, quality inspected, and packaged within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
- Daily Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT or over the weekend will be processed the following working day.

4. Shipment Tracking
Upon dispatch from our UK warehouse facility, you will automatically receive an email confirmation containing your carrier tracking number and an active link to follow your parcel's journey.
5. Damages in Transit
Every fixture is rigorously packaged in high-density protective foam. In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@cilialight.co.uk with photographs of the packaging and product. A complimentary replacement or full refund will be arranged immediately.
