1. 14-Day Statutory Right to Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the statutory right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.

To be eligible for a full refund under our return policy:

• The item must be in its original, undamaged condition with all accessories, cables, documentation, and protective packaging intact.
• Items must not show signs of permanent installation, alteration, or unauthorized electrical tampering.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) must be provided.

Unless an item is defective or dispatched in error, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of return postage. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service (such as Royal Mail Tracked) as we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse technicians, we will email you to confirm receipt. Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method (via Stripe) within 5 to 7 business days.
